Tepi Sawah Villas has six different styles of villa ranging from three bedrooms down to one bedroom apartments. All villas are traditionally decorated and feature traditional art in the form of sculptures and paintings within the intricate Balinese architecture.
Batuan Villa– Batuan is derived from the name of a small village in Ubud which is the most famous for its Batuan Painting Style. This is a one bed room villa in a two story building, But each of the room they have their own gate and rented separately per room for two person with views over the adjacent rice paddy field. Hollywood twin beds with spacious of 47 sq meters. All rooms feature a private veranda/balcony, bathroom with bath tub and shower with hot and cold water. At night time the sounds of nature will lull you to sleep, guaranteeing a truly restful night
Taman Villa – Taman is derived from the name of a small village in ubud which means beautiful garden, and this villa is so named as it features a lovely tropical garden view. Modern minimalist style villa is decorated with local Balinese artworks and features a Hollywood twin Bed which can be made up either as a twin or double bed depending upon the request. Each room is a generous 72 M2 and features a private veranda, bath room with bath tub, hot and cold water.
Peliatan Villa – The name of Peliatan is derived from name of a small village in Ubud which is the most famous for its traditional Legong Dance. This private room features a traditional Balinese Gate entrance and private balcony. This generously proportioned 200 M2 first floor room features Hollywood Twin Bed that can be set up as Twin or Double.
Ubud Villa – Ubud is derived from the name of a district in Gianyar Regency, traditionally renowned as the center of art and artist in Bali. Features a traditional Balinese gate entrance for your privacy with views over the adjacent rice paddy fields. one bed room villa with double bed room, romantic mosquito net and the private veranda, separate shower area and the bath tub, hot and cold water. The total size of the villa is 157 M2. At night the sound of nature will lull you to sleep, guaranteeing a truly restful night.
Campuhan Villa – The name of Campuhan is derived from the name of the main river in Ubud which means “where the water gathers” Campuhan also a name of a village in the western part of ubud. Private villa with rice paddy view available for King size bed , mosquito net with size of the room 179 M2. Balinese style villa with bamboo roof, all carved and painted by Prada Bali. open air shower with bath tub, hot and cold water.
