The Kunja Villas comprises 4 spacious three-bedroom villas and 14 one-bedroom villas; each appointed with a large central living area, private swimming pool with sundeck, full-service kitchen, en-suit bathrooms and large tropical garden.

VIlla Accommodation

One-bedroom villas
- consist of a single pavilion on a 285m2 property. The Villa consists of 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sofa lounge area with sound system, dinning area and full set kitchen. All bedrooms have satellite television, en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets. The bathrooms feature separate shower and bathtub and double sink vanity.  The swimming pools in our 1 bedroom villas are large 8.5 meter x 3.5 meters and include a wet sunning area (20cm deep water) beside each sundeck
The Bedrooms feature King size King Koil beddding, built in wood wardrobes inclusive of private electronic safety box and walk in closets. The bathrooms feature separate shower and bathtub and double sink vanity. An en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are 30 meters2 and include Television cabinet, writing desk with vanity mirror, day bed sofa. Featured in all bedrooms is a 110Volt electric plug located beside each vanity mirror.

Three bedroom villas
- consist of 1 main pavilion on a 715 m2 property.  The main pavilion, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sofa lounge area with sound system, dinning area and full set kitchen.
The villa includes 4 bathrooms, one per bedroom and an additional powder room in the common area of the villa. All bedrooms feature king size King Coil bedding and have satellite television, en-suite bathrooms and built in wood walk -in wardrobes inclusive of private electronic safety box. The bathrooms feature separate shower and bathtub and double sink vanities. The swimming pools in our 3 bedroom villas are large 12.5 meter x 6.5 meters and include a wet sunning area (20cm deep water) beside each sundeck

Kunja VIllas Service

The friendly staff of The Kunja Hotel endeavor to meet all your needs and desires. We offer guest services in English, Japanese, French and Bahasa Indonesia. Standard services for all guests include airport transfers, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel, daily breakfast and complimentary drinking water.
Transportation
Our service includes complimentary airport transfers as well a complimentary on-demand private car drop off and pick up service to our lacal area inclusive of Kuta. When you are ready to shop, dine or tour, our drivers are always on standby to offer you a complimentary drive.
Dinning in your villa
Our staff are ready to prepare your breakfast in your villa based on your timing. We also offer a selection of in-villa cooking services from romantic dinners for 2 to in villa balinese/western BBQ's.
The Kunja features Das's Bar & Resto featuring Indonesian, japanese and meditaranian cuisine. If you prefer, room service is available from this Restauran. Guest can choose from an extensive menu and dine in the comfort of your villa

1. Rate
   All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, daily breakfast based on 2 person per bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water.



2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low Season period: January 11 - July 14, September 16 - December 19
   High season period: July 15 - September 15
   Peak season period: December 20 - January 10



3. Minimum Stays:
   Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
   High Season: 5-NIGHTS
   Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS



4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 11:00
   Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility
