All facilities from both locations are shared, we adapt a stay at one and play at two policy, including The Spa at Samaya, The Breeze restaurant, gardens and an Olympic size swimming pool, our gardens, boardwalk all face to the Indian Ocean with 180 degree views along the sandy beaches.

Four spacious 1-bedroom Royal Pavillion with private pool, dining area, Balinese bale bengong, and jacuzzi with total area of 275-meter square.

2 Bedroom Royal Pavilion
Two - 2 bedroom Royal Pavillion with private pool, dining area, Balinese bale bengong and jacuzzi with total area of 475 meter square for each villa.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rate
   All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room.
    
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   Low Season period: January 11 - June 30, October 1 - December 24
   High Season period: July 1 - September 30, Easter Period, December 25 - January 10
    
3. Minimum Stays:
   Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
   High Season: 5-NIGHTS
   Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS
    
4. Check in/out time
   Check-in time: 14:00
   Check-out time: 11:00
   Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
    
5. Terms of Payment
   - A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance to be paid in cash at the villa upon arrival.
   - For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
   - All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.
